The work place should be where you can grow as an individual and become larger then what you started with, but how can you? In a place surrounded by men, a young beautiful women being harassed on the job over and over again. That what happens in a lot of cases but we the people doesn’t here about it. And I think this topic in the media is very important to learn about and here, because theirs women who never told but if you actually heard all the cases that happen then maybe another one would come forward.

RAP MUSIC

All different races listen to different types of music and each individual at times feel like they can relate to what the artist is singing, rapping about. But when does it become a media problem when a artist feel like they have to curse in their music to get their point across. Shouldn’t that be their business? You might have kids who repeat what they hear, but that’s not the artist fought if the parents chose to buy the c.d. that have cursing on it, because they do have the one without it. Or allowing the kids to watch videos that might have too much skin showing, or for not blocking that channel. A lot of times these videos only show in the late night hours like after 1am, so if your child is up then its on the parents.
But all music might have some type of profanity using, but just because a lot of people dislike rap music then they want to band the artist from selling his/her records, it just isn’t right. The critics have to be open minded.

DEVICES IN SCHOOLS:

I remember the times when it wasn’t any sidekicks, I pods, different types of ring tones on your cell phones, and etc. But in the following days these things are here and are growing everyday with new transitions and remodeling. Unfortunately many schools don’t want to allow such things in the building, that’s because the kids take advantage of the devices in the school building. While in the class the kids are playing the ring tones loudly disrupting the lesson, and texting each other instead of writing down notes. That I can understand why the principals are not feeling the new technology, but to say to students don’t bring it to school period isn’t going to solve anything. In many emergencies having a cell phone is very much needed in society today and I pods are something we like to listen to on our way to school, it doesn’t bother anyone. The schools should be stricter then maybe the use of these devices in the building would be limited like, taking it away as soon as you see it, and having the parent come and pick it up, etc. Then the kids would know that you are not playing.

How will you feel being at work on a regular day, knowing that everyday your life is in danger of someone coming in your store robbying you or shooting it up? Well this is a question that should be asked to anyone who decides to work in a convience store, fast food place or corner stores in general. Last night i was watching "Most Shocking Videos" and i seen a lady getting ready to close the 7eleven store when a man walked in wearing a mask. He shot at her head but it missed by a few inches, then she emptied the cash draw, and she was lucky because he just ran out after he was done. She pressed the button for the police but they never came. Now they should take extra pracautions due to situations like this, she could of been killed and the police never showed up, he could've been spotted. And this wasn't never scened on the news, its like alot of robbing occur but we as the viewers rarely ever see them, why? But let someone rob someone thats in office the whole thing will be on the news for days.

How come if you watch the news at 5am on channel 5 have different information about the same topic on channel 7 at 5pm? Is that wrong to give people wrong information? I think it is, and even though they say they do it to make more watch one particular news more frequent then the others, it just isn’t right to do. For example: yesterday a young girl was found yesterday in her room dead using a jump, now some news channels clamed that she was molested or had signs of being so, and someone in the house was responsible for killing her. But when I woked up this morning it was no sign of sexual abuse and that it was a freak accident, the little girl probably killed her self swinging on her own rope in the bedroom. Now if I was the parent I’ll want the news to apologize for telling the people false information just to win more people watching. It’s a shame that out people choose to watch news that have more detail that are false than the one that have least info but is telling the truth.

"SCHOOL SHOOTING & TERRORISM"

How is it possible for you to wake up like any other day, getting ready for class, getting your books together, clothes on and leaving your dorm not knowing that this might be the last time being alive? Well students in Virginia can relate to this because that is what exactly what happened to them, while leaving their dorms going to class they had no idea that their was a mad man on campus that shot up a class room, left went to his dorm made a tape, sent it to the CNN and reloaded his gun for another round of killings of innocent people. No one was warned about this, how should they feel? MAD is what I say, the campus was not prepare for this and should of token extra precaution, because this could’ve been a terrorist attack once again, and we showed that we had our guards down, things could’ve gotten worst but luckily it didn’t.

Yes, the campus sent emails to the students stating that their was classes still in session, but they left out the fact it was a armed man walking around. Most people don’t have time to check their email in the mornings anyway so that was a bad decision to make, and people wonder if they would have just told them the truth, they could’ve stayed in their rooms, being scare but also being safe for harm, and less would have died.

The world is so against criminals its not even funny, like even though they might not even now if they are really a bad person or innocent person. It’s the way the media portray them to be which isn’t nice but that’s how it is. Example imagine walking to the store its late at night, you live I a bad area with your wife and two children, but you made the best of it as you can. The police stops you just as you going into your apartment now its around 12:00am, what would you do? If they asked you about a murder or rape that happened in the area, which someone said it was you who was involved in it and you know you wasn’t. You tell the police you know nothing about it, but they still end up arresting you, beating you up, yelling and cursing you out, calling out your name and everything. You cant fight them, so what happens, now your in the police station and into the morning hours your being arrested for a raping of a young white woman who was riding her back down the street, but because she says he’s a black male who did it, you the first one they seened and only one outside, they picked you up, just to close the case. The system don’t care if your innocent or not, just the fact your in jail, and people find out what you did, its not going to be a easy process to go through.
The jail system is horrible, because its cold in the winter, hot in the summer, the food isn’t great, ceo’s aren’t nice at all, and you constantly getting rape whether you’re a female or male, and beat up on the regular, it just isn’t safe. If they safe your innocent until proven guilty then treat people right.
When they do come home, their lives are routine because they was in jail, if you are clean and got a degree in jail, why isn’t worth anything out here? Then they go back to doing what they was doing it isn’t fair, one they it has to change.

HOW TEACHERS CAN DO THIS?

When you are a teacher student’s look up to you and admirer what you do and how you teach. And I know that teachers are under pay for what they do they need to get paid a little bit more, but why would they be bold and sleep with a students. I just can’t understand for a man theirs no excuses, if she looks older than she appears or dress too sexy, or even flirts with you, its self control. Everybody has to use that at least once in their life, and these are one of those moments. Women how can you be attracted to a young boy who can’t even help them self, and you. You have that much insecurity about your self that you feel the need to do that? I think it’s obscene.
I don’t care if the student agrees to this; I think the teacher should atomically be penalize for his/her actions. If they had sex at least one year and a half, plus counseling and their students’ license should be gone.
The law isn’t strict on these teachers sometimes it isn’t even the sexual stuff it can be physical some of these teachers feel that they can touch you in any o kind of way, and some laugh it off, but a person like me couldn’t.

Africa is a very poor country, I mean ever since i can remember its been poor. The people out there sick, at least most of them are either with deadly diseases like AIDS or dieing from not eating! And i have asked my self the same question for a couple of years how, how can United States spend billions of dollars on space shuttles going in to space, knowing we have countries like "Africa" that are poor. I just didn’t get it, and even though we have very little connected to them its right here world wide known and we can’t fix, anything I just cant believe that.
What about the AIDS that’s over there, the way its spreading, its not just the fact that they have sex unprotected it’s the fact that they have nothing to protect themselves with. That’s the sad part of the situation, imaging wanting to protect your self but you cant, so their goes another person effected with the disease or getting pregnant at a young age, which is excepted able over there.
The starvation, how can we show commercials about homeless children, missing and those who are very poor without actually doing something? I like opera because she did something great, she built a all girl school in Africa, starting grades 7-12, and a 24 hour chef and as long as they graduate they can pick any college they want to go to. She gets a lot of respect from me because who does that? And she talks about it on her show but she actually did it and you don’t have many talk show hosts who do this or even movie stars. I hope the media can give them less coverage and more help with money, food, disease (protection) and medical, I don’t c why not we out here spending unnecessary money on wars, space, other countries that HATE US, I am just confuse.

Prostitution which is the exchange of money for sex, was not regarded as a serious social problem in the United States until the last part of the nineteenth century. Previously, Americans had followed the practice of English common law in ignoring prostitution, which regarded it as a crime only when it became an offense to public decency. In most areas of America during the colonial and early national periods, prostitution was a more or less irregular occupation for a few women.
Prostitution is the Oldest job Profession of all time according to my research. Its seems that The women in the early 1900's wasn't so out there with it as the women are today, they dress outrageous, be out all time of the night, into drugs, violence and in most cases gave up on life with there families and children, even self respect. The early women dressed more as if they were going out on a date, casual and not too much make up, but enough to stand out and perform their services at the end of the night without being called names, like (hoes,slut,dirty bi*ch,etc) they was quiet and in most cases unknown.
The growth of industrial cities and the opening of the western frontier had led to an increase in prostitution, which tended to be concentrated in tacitly accepted "red-light" districts. The growth of these districts and the mounting concern over venereal disease resulted in two differing approaches to dealing with prostitution.
One way is totally against prostitution, you just cant except it and it makes you sick to even see or here about one. Then theirs a person like my self who doesn’t dislike it. But I do dislike when the men feel like since these women choose to degrade them selves and not care at all, they can come and rape them and drug them up any kind of way, which I am against totally, because they are people to not trash. Some I feel just ended up at the wrong end of the road and just needed guidance in their life, but it isn’t too late for the young ones who are like 13-25 years old, yes it starts that young at times. Then you have the older ones who just got lost in the game and are in their late 30’s-continuing, they know nothing else, but to use the body to get what they want, which in most cases are drugs and alcohol.
DISEASE, is so big, and to me if you going to be doing things like selling your body then please protect your self, because then you have those who have the disease doesn’t know it , have un protected sex with someone they do really care about and end up giving them AIDS or something else that isn’t curable. The way the police treat them is so horrible like they aren’t even human especially those who end up dead, forget about it, unless they assigned a person who really cares about the case they would never solve it or try at all just because of their way of living. And that’s when I have a problem you cant judge a person by how they dress, or what they are doing, I think prostitution should be legal because if they put their life in danger and body then it be their problem, and you cant stop all prostitution, those who are call girls don’t even be outside, its in doors where no one sees you, but you still do the same things just for a higher price.
In some Countries prostitution is legal and up until the late 19th century in u.s. was too, but people changed, they became more judgmental. Even cities like San Francisco, where neither police nor prosecutors actively pursue prostitutes, most cities unofficially enforce a policy that confines sexual commerce to red-light districts. Most Americans do not worry greatly about prostitution unless activity is nearby, and half the time you wont know you have prostitutes by your house unless your out late into the early morning hours and see them, but they wont hurt nobody.

!!I BELIEVE THE LAW SHOULD MAKE PROSTITUTION LEGAL!!

Who are we to say else, if they want to do what they feel they have to live.

If anything i feel they should be more concern with the young children that are involved in this business, that are made to do these things and are told they have too do it, not that they want to. If they cracked down more on that then less people will be oppose of this i think........

"Media" Who is more Important in the News? Who gets the most Coverage?

The word Media is such a worldwide term but they only stick to certain situations. And when i talk about the media I mean the news broadcasters, how they can talk and view a story so much and don’t give the same attention to other stories just because they have money and can afford the big time lawyers. It’s unfair to the other families, us the viewers and to the other states or parts of the world watching we should know majority of the cases that are going on.
For example the channel CNN. I have sat there and watch the Nancy Grace show several times, now she can have a great show due to her having a good personality but she's not fair. If you have money or you are known in the entertainment industry you'll get the first45 minutes of her show and mind you the show is only 1 hour long. O.k. maybe if a star or well liked person is killed everyone will be devastated, but people die everyday and that doesn't mean since you are known you get more coverage than someone from the ghetto or out of the spot light. So now for the next 2 or 3 weeks you talk about the same incident on your show for the same amount of time you did when it first happened.
In my opinion the government should participate more in that situation, even the war don't get as much publicity as the now Anna Nicole trial, and mind you our soldiers in my opinion are fighting a personal war that have something to deal with Bush not no terrorist attack. And Anna is dead let her be, and now that’s all over CNN, why? Because she had inheritated her ex-husband money and was an ex playboy model. Their has been many cases that are a little more serious or at least should be taking seriously then this, because she's gone to her resting place for eternity theirs Children Missing.
This is a big topic that no one seems to be worry about only very few. For example John Walsh who is the host of " Americas Most Wanted"t.v. show he too had a situation where his son got kidnapped, but they never found the guy who did it so he came up with the show to help others in the same situation. He has captured over 800 Criminals since the show first started several years ago, and among those were child rapists, pedophiles over the internet, etc. When a child go missing he doesn’t' go the whole show talking about it, he presents the evidence, and then moves on. If Nancy Grace did the same she could help bring a lot of criminals into justice for their crimes.
But this issue is so over look, it might take my generation to take over and change the way the media broadcasts their news to the world. And it shouldn't be who gets the most media coverage, it should be how many criminals have you brought to justice due to covering their cases.

Police Brutality

Long as i can rememger police officers had taking advantage of their badges.Maybe not all police officers but most of them feel that they can get away with doing a crime to a innocent person and getting away with it, without any problems. Its about time a change has happen and it shouldn't matter what race, sex, or what you are wearing that a police office should have the right to be able to judge you upon that information or describtion.To me its not always based on race either because police officers do pick on young black males, but sometimes it be a black officer involved in the situation.

It to the point when i here about a police officer beating on someone or mistreating them on the news and theirs a video tape that can prove it, i know that they are going to get off.Because they have that power to argue to not use the tape in the trial or they have some crazy answer for their action.But it still shouldn't justify what they did, especially when you lie about what you thought the person was going to do or trying to do.When we had mayor major Giulianni was in office as the head of the police commission, he always took up for them ( no matter what)!!

Ill show pictures of this and how it has affected our people opinions of police officers even myself, I cant stand none of them if the even look at me the wrong way i get up set or just on my block. Its just a negative vibe i get from them and having their fellow officers friends on the news every month doesn't help with my opinion neither.

SEX( men & women) Gays ( sexualities), why is that anyone of these police officers business what you do in the privacy of your home, even though you go into public, last i remember this was a free country and city.
